Shipping Rates & Policies

AllieBoodles checkout process is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the standard for encrypted commercial transactions throughout the Internet.  Shop safely online for scrapbook supplies with AllieBoodles!  SSL encrypts all personal information, including your name and credit card number, so that this information cannot be read as it travels through the Internet. We worry about securtiy, so you don't have to.

Shipping

We ship inside the continental USA via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations we will find the best shipping option and charge actual shipping cost.  Please e-mail for current charges before placing your order.  Please keep in mind, if you are outside of the U.S., customs charges may apply to your packages, which is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Expedient shipping is not available.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total order value and are charged as follows: 

•       $  0.01 - $19.99      $5.95
•       $20.00 - $39.99      $7.95
•       $40.00 - $69.99      $8.95
•       $70.00 and up        FREE

Rates Apply To The Lower 48 States - We recommend ordering at least $19.99 worth of items to make your shipping cost worthwhile.

A $2.25 handling charge will be added to all orders.  The handling charge covers invoicing, and other costs that are incurred regardless of order size or destination.

Terms Of Payment

Payment methods are through Master Card, Visa or PayPal.  PayPal payments paid with a credit or debit card are received by us as cash on the same day you place your order.  Orders paid with an e-check though PayPal are held 3 to 4 business days until we are notified by PayPal that your payment has cleared.  Currently we are not accepting personal (paper) checks.

To make payments via Money Order, please e-mail us and we will try our best to accommodate your individual needs.  Please do not send Master Card and/or Visa credit card information through e-mail.  

  WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD's, FOREIGN (paper) CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS  

Processing Times

Order processing times are generally 1-3 business days from the time we receive your order.

Orders placed after the close of our business day, which is 5:00 PM MST, are received by us the following business day.

Tracking will be available after orders are packed and shipped by our warehouse. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied, please email us within 5 days for return instructions and authorization information.

•   No returns without prior authorization.  
• Do not return merchandise without prior approval from AllieBoodles.  All returns require pre-approval.
• Return Merchandise Authorizations (RA or RMAs) are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
• Non-defective merchandise returns or cancled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee and must be unopened in resalable condition.
• Orders can be returned up to 30 days from the time the order was shipped.  Restrictions listed above will apply.
• Customer will be refunded for the full product amount for any defective products which did not request replacement.
• Replacements can be processed once the defective item has arrived back to us.
• Please insure your returned package for your protection.
• Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Used products will not be accepted as a return, and you will be charged shipping and handling for the return of your used product.

Damages & Shortages

In the unlikely event that your package has missing items, is lost, misplaced, or damaged in transit:

• Damages and Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order otherwise it is processed as a non-defective return.
• Customer must contact us with the order number, customer name, customer phone and damage details in order to process a, in transit, damaged claim with the carrier. Packages must stay in the original condition which they were received until the carrier can process the damaged claim.
• Make sure you save all your sales slips and shipping information.  We will issue you an authorization number.

Warranty & Disclaimer

We warrant that goods supplied by our warehouse will be free from material defects at the time of delivery. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We will, at our option, refund any goods which fail to meet the warranty in these Terms and Conditions once the defective item has been received and provided you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the goods of any such defect.

Warranties for products can also be verified with the manufacturer directly. Our Company does not assume to know all manufacturer warranties.

We diligently strive to provide as accurate information as possible. However, as manufacturers provide a large proportion of this information, we make no warranty expressed or implied with respect to accuracy of the information, including price, product descriptions or product specifications. Both the product and manufacturer names are used only for the purpose of identification.

AllieBoodles shall use reasonable commercial efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain the Services in a manner, which minimizes errors, and interruptions in the Services. Services may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, either by AllieBoodles or by third-party providers, or because of other causes beyond AllieBoodles reasonable control, but AllieBoodles shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by e-mail of any scheduled service disruption. However, AllieBoodles does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED .AS IS. AND ALLIEBOODLES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
 

Product Availability

We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer.  All items are subject to availability.  As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also.
