Do you ship internationally?

We ship inside the continental USA via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, other areas outside of the continental USA and international destinations; we will find the best shipping option and charge actual shipping cost.  Please e-mail for current charges before placing your order.  Please keep in mind, if you are outside of the U.S., customs charges may apply to your packages, which is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Is my personal information secure?

AllieBoodles believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all customers with stringent and effective security measures on www.allieboodles.com.

It is important to us that customers are comfortable doing business with us.  We want you to have confident that your privacy will be protected when you take advantage of what we have to offer.  We are committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful, secured on-line shopping experience you deserve.

Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

What is your Return Policy/Procedure?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed and our top priority.  If you are not satisfied, please email us within 5 days for return instructions and authorization information.   Absolutely no returns without prior authorization. 

  • Do not return merchandise without prior approval from AllieBoodles.  All returns require pre-approval.
  • Return Merchandise Authorizations (RA or RMAs) are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
  • Cancled or Non-defective merchandise returns orders will incur a 20% restocking fee and must be unopened in resalable condition.
  • Orders can be returned up to 30 days from the time the order was shipped. Restrictions listed above will apply.
  • Customer will be refunded for the full product amount for any defective products which did not request replacement.
  • Replacements can be processed once the defective item has arrived back to us.
  • Please insure your returned package for your protection.
  • Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Used products will not be accepted as a return, and you will be charged shipping and handling for the return of your used product.

What if my order is damaged or missing an item?

In the unlikely event that your package has missing items, is lost, misplaced, or damaged in transit:

  • Damages and Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order otherwise it is processed as a non-defective return.
  • Customer must contact us with the order number, customer name, customer phone and damage details in order to process a, in transit, damaged claim with the carrier. Packages must stay in the original condition which they were received until the carrier can process the damaged claim.
  • Make sure you save all your sales slips and shipping information.  We will issue you an authorization number.

Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.  We cannot accept returns of books or opened software.

Do you have a "real" store?

AllieBoodles Scrapbook Supplies is an Internet store with a large warehouse distribution network.  We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store.  Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we strive to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" as possible.

Do you have a catalog?

Many customers inquire as to whether or not we have a catalog.  Since our inventory changes weekly it would be impossible to update in print form.  Although, we do not have a print catalog, we like to think of our web store as a virtual catalog.  All of our scrapbook supplies can be found in the store with a picture, price, and description.  Everything you need to know is right at your fingertips!

How do I place an order?

      Ordering from AllieBoodles is as easy as whiskers on a kitten:
Once you have located an item you are interested in purchasing, click on the 'Add to Cart' button associated with that item. The item will then be transferred to your on-line shopping cart. If you are interested in ordering more than one item, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button located below and left of the shopping cart.

NOTE: You will see that the quantity of each item in your shopping cart defaults to one.

When you are finished adding items to your cart you are ready to check out. Click on the ‘Check Out’ button located below and to the right of the shopping cart. At this time, you will be viewing our secure on-line ordering form. The order form is broken down as follows:

      View Cart
Step 1.  Ship To
  • Enter your 'Ship To' information.
Step 2.  Shipping Method
  • We offer only standard shipping at this time, and should be pre-selected for you, if not, select standard shipping.
  • Click 'Next'.
      Payment
Step 3.  Bill To
  • Enter your bill to address if it differs from your ship to address. (If the two are the same, simply select "Same as Ship To")
  • Enter your Email address. We will send that address an email verifying the order has been received as well as any tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • Next, feel free to make any comments in the comment box provided.
Step 4.  Payment Method
  • Select the method of payment you wish to use and provide the appropriate information.
  • Click 'Next'.
    (If you selected PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to finish your payment.)
      Verify
  • Confirm your order.  If you need to make any adjustments, click on the appropriate edit button.  You can change anything as long as the order has not been submitted.
  • If the information is correct, click the 'Submit' button to have your order submitted for fulfillment.
      Receipt
  • The next screen should be a confirmation of your order, which includes an order number.  Print this page for your records.  If you do not get to the confirmation page please contact Customer Service in order to confirm whether or not the order went through properly.

What do I do if I'm having trouble ordering?

We do everything we can to ensure that shopping with us is as simple and pleasant as possible.  However, we all know that our computers sometimes have a mind of their own!  If this occurs, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We are happy to help you.  You can contact us by e-mail 24 hours a day.

Note:  If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.

When can I expect to receive my order?

As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible.  Currently, in most cases, we are shipping orders in 1-3 business days.  Some items may take longer to ship.  Then, you must take into consideration the shipping time it takes to get from our warehouses, to your destination.  We know you are anxious to get your orders and start scrapping, so we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Though we try to maintain accurate updated inventory, we cannot guarantee that any particular item would be in stock.  We try to remove or mark as "out of stock" back-ordered items from the site; however, sometimes when we receive multiple orders for a product on the same day, we are sold out of an item before we can remove it or mark it on the site.  If an item you ordered is out of stock for whatever reason, we will notify you immediately.  We will deduct the amount of the out of stock item from the total and adjust the shipping charge if applicable.  If possible we will be able to give you an estimated time frame when the out of stock item will be available.  We are very sorry, but we do not accept backorders at this time.

What if I need to make an adjustment to my order?

You can e-mail us at sales@allieboodles.com and if your order has not already been shipped we will make every effort to accommodate your requests.  Keep in mind that additions lengthen the processing time.  For this reason, we encourage customers who are interested in adding more than one or two items after placing their initial order to go ahead and place a separate order.

We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders information.  However, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing works to your advantage.  We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been mis-ordered.

What payment options are available?

Payment methods are through Major Credit Cards and PayPal.  PayPal payments paid with a credit or debit card are received by us as cash on the same day you place your order.  Orders paid with an e-check though PayPal are held 3 to 4 business days until we are notified by PayPal that your payment has cleared.  Currently we are not accepting personal checks.  To make payments via Money Order, please e-mail us and we will try our best to accommodate your individual needs. Please do not send credit card information through e-mail.

How can I obtain coupon codes?

There are several ways our customers can obtain coupons.  From time to time, AllieBoodles will run promotions offering discounts on orders placed.  These promotions are mentioned in our newsletters, so don't forget to sign up today! Sometimes we'll send out special newsletters to our valued returning customers.

Can I use more than one coupon on an order?

We can only accept 1 coupon per order.  If 2 or more coupons are entered into the coupon section of the online order form, neither coupon is accepted by the system.

Do you sell wholesale:

We do not sell wholesale.  AllieBoodles is a retailer and does not offer wholesale pricing.  We do offer discounts on some bulk purchases, but you must contact us via email with your requests to see if this would be available for your particular purchase.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

AllieBoodles collects client information to make your online shopping experience the very best on the Internet.  We respect your privacy, and we assure you that we will maintain and use this information responsibly.

GENERAL BROWSING:

Only registered members will have access to money saving coupons.  Our Newsletter is sent in accordance with the US CAN-SPAM Law in effect 01/01/2004.  Removal requests will be honored and respected. If you are visiting AllieBoodles from a location outside of the U.S., your connection will be through and to servers located in the U.S.  Your orders placed through AllieBoodles will be accepted and fully processed in and shipped from the U.S.  and all information you provide will be maintained in our Web servers and internal systems located within the U.S., and protected as noted above.

You should be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of our web store, the site, or the public.
